Non-Eligible Cases:

Issues not caused by the supplier (improper storage, drops, impacts, misuse, etc.).
Processing Procedure:

Wait for confirmation from our system (within 24 hours).

Proceed with an exchange or refund based on the customer’s selected method.
Notes:

Return shipping costs will be 100% covered if the issue is caused by the store.
