Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing customers with a safe, transparent online shopping experience and ensuring maximum customer benefits. Our return and refund policy is applied as follows:

Eligible Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Products with technical defects or damage caused during manufacturing or transportation.

  • Incorrect items delivered, wrong model, color, or size.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, with intact packaging, labels, and purchase invoice.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.

  • Requests submitted beyond the allowed return period.

  • Issues not caused by the supplier (improper storage, drops, impacts, misuse, etc.).

Processing Procedure:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via hotline/Zalo/email.

  2. Provide images and a description of the product issue.

  3. Wait for confirmation from our system (within 24 hours).

  4. Proceed with an exchange or refund based on the customer’s selected method.

Notes:

  • Return shipping costs will be 100% covered if the issue is caused by the store.

  • In other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
